Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 2026

Welcome to CaterON. By accessing our website, platform, and engineering configurations, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms govern the relationship between CaterON and your commercial catering enterprise.

1. The Service Framework

CaterON operates as a business-to-business (B2B) digital systems provider. We deliver custom-built marketing pipelines, intake aggregations, interactive quote calculation parameters, and automated database environments. You acknowledge that our systems are software-driven efficiency tools and that final verification of final food preparation capacity and operational execution remains the sole responsibility of your kitchen.

2. Onboarding and Pricing Configurations

  • The Setup Engagement: Our team plans, customizes, and maps your specific corporate pricing structure and menu metrics directly into the layout engine from day one.

  • The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not completely satisfied with the speed or operational architecture of your built engine, you may request a full refund of your setup investment within exactly thirty (30) days from your onboarding date. Following this 30-day window, all completed structural builds are considered accepted and non-refundable.

3. Payment Terms and System Continuity

Access to the live automation engine relies on maintaining an active, non-delinquent subscription tier. If a system billing node fails, a grace period will apply before automated message relays and form responses pause automatically to protect your database health.

4. Intellectual Property and Account Control

  • Your Content: You retain complete ownership over all menu descriptions, uploaded recipe media, branding logos, and inbound operational lead data.

  • Our Core Engine: CaterON retains all underlying system configurations, code snippets, webhooks, processing logic templates, and proprietary automation flows developed during the engineering phase.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under the Australian Consumer Law, CaterON shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential operational metrics impacts, including lost profit margins, missed kitchen bookings, or communication downtime stemming from third-party application API disruptions or network connectivity drops.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Victoria.
